Frontier Springs posted its highest-ever quarterly and annual performance for FY25, with revenue from operations rising 70.84% year-on-year to ₹231.34 crore and profit after tax nearly tripling (+166.93%) to ₹34.66 crore. Q4 FY25 was equally strong, with revenue up 58.75% YoY at ₹70.08 crore and PAT up 130.89% at ₹11.66 crore. EBITDA margin expanded sharply by 613 basis points to 21.47% for the full year, reflecting better realisations and operating leverage driven by surging demand from Indian Railways. Management has set an aggressive revenue target of ₹375 crore for FY26 and ₹500 crore for FY27, supported by an additional ₹15 crore planned capex and growing order book across coil springs, air springs and forgings.
The strong earnings beat, margin expansion and forward-looking growth targets indicate robust business momentum, likely to be viewed positively by the market. However, the steep FY27 revenue aspiration of ₹500 crore implies meaningful execution risk, and investors should track capacity ramp-up and railway order flow in coming quarters.
