Fujiyama Power Systems reported strong FY2026 results with revenue of Rs. 26,545 million (up 72.3% YoY) and EBITDA of Rs. 4,903 million (up 97.3% YoY). EBITDA margin expanded to 18.5% from 16.1% last year, reflecting benefits of higher operating scale and backward integration. Q4 FY2026 saw revenue of Rs. 9,008 million (up 87.5% YoY) and EBITDA of Rs. 1,715 million (up 116.9% YoY) with 19% margin. The company commissioned a 1 GW MonoPERC DCR solar cell facility and 2,000 MW solar panel capacity at Ratlam, with a 1.2 GW TopCon cell plant under development. Distribution network expanded to 8,900+ channel partners. The company completed its IPO in November 2025 raising Rs. 8,280 million. Net Debt/Equity improved significantly to 0.25x from 0.85x following the IPO.
The strong margin improvement to 18.5% and near doubling of EBITDA demonstrates successful execution of backward integration strategy and operating leverage. The improving profitability profile and clean balance sheet post-IPO are positive for shareholders. Fire incident at Bawal facility on May 6, 2026 is a near-term operational risk to monitor.
