Fujiyama Power Systems reported strong FY26 results with Revenue from Operations at Rs. 26,545 million (72.3% YoY growth) and EBITDA at Rs. 4,903 million (97.3% YoY growth). Margins improved to 18.5% from 16.1% last year, driven by higher operating scale and improved manufacturing utilisation. The company successfully listed its IPO in November 2025, raising Rs. 8,280 million with Rs. 2,750 million used for debt repayment, reducing Net Debt/Equity from 0.85x to 0.25x. The company commissioned a 1 GW MonoPERC DCR solar cell facility and 2 GW solar panel capacity at Ratlam, with plans for 1.2 GW TopCon cells. Power electronics commissioning is expected Q1FY27 and battery capacity by Q2FY27. Distribution network expanded to 8,900+ channel partners. A fire incident occurred at Bawal facility on May 6, 2026.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion and significantly deleveraged balance sheet post-IPO positions the company well for continued growth in the residential solar market, though near-term capacity ramp-up execution remains key.
