Functional & Innovative Foods files DRHP with Sebi for IPO

Functional & Innovative Foods has filed a DRHP with Sebi for an IPO comprising up to 85,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 face value, including a fresh issue of up to 60,00,000 shares and an offer for sale of up to 25,00,000 shares. Beeline Capital Advisors is the book-running lead manager and KFin Technologies is the registrar. The company, a B2B food contract manufacturer, reported FY25 revenue of Rs 2,601.17 million and PAT of Rs 232.22 million, with proceeds earmarked for setting up two new manufacturing units, debt repayment and working capital needs.
