FundsIndia raises Rs 44.6 crore through maiden secured NCD issue

FundsIndia, a digital wealth management platform majority-owned by WestBridge Capital, has raised Rs 44.6 crore through its maiden private placement of secured non-convertible debentures. The proceeds will be used to strengthen its technology platform and expand its investment product offerings across retail, partner, and private wealth verticals. The company manages assets worth over Rs 29,000 crore, and the issuance saw strong participation from HNI and ultra-HNI investors seeking fixed-income diversification.
