Fundviser Capital (India) Ltd has published its unaudited Q3 FY26 financial results (quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025) in the English daily 'Active Times' and the Marathi daily 'Mumbai Lakshdeep' on 7 February 2026, as required under SEBI listing regulations. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations jumped sharply to Rs 5,133.46 lakh in Q3 FY26 from Rs 660.51 lakh in Q3 FY25, but net profit after tax declined to Rs 189.55 lakh from Rs 322.26 lakh in the year-ago quarter. Standalone results also showed a steep revenue rise to Rs 363.89 lakh (from Rs 31.60 lakh) with PAT increasing to Rs 91.43 lakh (from Rs 53.85 lakh). Equity share capital expanded to Rs 591.50 lakh from Rs 515.25 lakh, suggesting a share allotment during the period, which has also weighed on consolidated basic EPS, falling to Rs 3.20 from Rs 6.25.
Mixed signals for shareholders—revenue growth is very strong on both standalone and consolidated fronts, but consolidated profitability has weakened year-on-year despite the topline surge, and the enlarged share base has diluted per-share earnings. Investors may want to look at the detailed cost structure and subsidiary-level performance to understand the margin pressure before drawing conclusions.
