Fusion Finance Limited informed the exchanges that Mr. Kenneth Dan Vander Weele, Non-Executive Director representing PE investor Creation Investments Fusion LLC and Creation Investments Fusion II LLC, has resigned due to retirement effective March 31, 2026. He had been on the board since 2016. In his place, the board has appointed Ms. Remika Agarwal as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director (same investor seat) for a five-year term from March 31, 2026 to March 30, 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
