G G Engineering Ltd's board approved audited results for Q4 and FY25 on 24 May 2025. Full-year revenue from operations rose to Rs 17,803.22 lakhs from Rs 14,908.76 lakhs, a growth of about 19.4% year-on-year. Full-year profit after tax stood at Rs 768.20 lakhs versus Rs 710.47 lakhs in FY24, an increase of roughly 8%. However, Q4 FY25 alone swung to a loss of Rs 18.44 lakhs at the PAT level, compared with a profit of Rs 547.03 lakhs in Q4 FY24. The statutory auditor (A K Bhargav & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications. The company also reclassified prior period figures to present share/securities transactions on a net basis instead of gross, a presentation change with no impact on net profit or equity. Additionally, new Internal Auditor (G Mansi & Associates) and Secretarial Auditor (Aarti Bhutra & Associates) were appointed.
Modest top-line growth and small PAT gain year-on-year, but the sharp swing to a Q4 loss and heavy customer concentration in the Infra & Energy segment are points to watch. Clean, unmodified audit opinion and low debt-equity are positives, while reclassified prior period numbers mean FY-on-FY comparisons should be read carefully.
