The Board of G G Engineering Ltd approved unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025) on October 13, 2025. Revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹4,233 lakhs vs ₹3,578 lakhs in Q2 FY25, driven mainly by the Infrastructure Trading division. However, the company swung to a loss after tax of ₹28 lakhs in Q2, compared to a profit of ₹1,142 lakhs a year ago, as the Dealing in Shares/Securities segment turned negative (-₹27 lakhs) from a strong ₹1,346 lakhs contribution earlier. H1 FY26 PAT fell sharply to ₹176 lakhs from ₹924 lakhs, while EBITDA margins compressed significantly. The auditor (AK Bhargav & Co) issued an unmodified limited review report. Separately, 4.5 crore warrants lapsed and the amount already paid stood forfeited after the balance exercise deadline of June 14, 2025 passed unmet.
Wealth-destroying quarter despite headline revenue growth, with profitability wiped out by collapse of the share-dealing segment — likely to weigh on the stock. The warrant forfeiture brings a small one-time accounting gain but reflects weak capital-raising traction earlier.
