G G Engineering Ltd reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹2,835.08 Lakhs, down roughly 16% from ₹3,388.65 Lakhs in the same quarter last year. Despite the revenue dip, the company swung back to a profit after tax of ₹404.40 Lakhs compared with a loss of ₹137.24 Lakhs in Q3 FY25, helped by gains in its share and securities dealing segment (₹406.73 Lakhs). For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue rose about 4% YoY to ₹13,791.86 Lakhs, but profit after tax fell around 26% to ₹580.85 Lakhs from ₹786.64 Lakhs a year earlier. The infrastructure trading segment, which is the core business, saw revenue drop about 33% YoY in the quarter. The company also reclassified how it presents share and securities transactions in revenue (from gross to net basis), with no impact on net profit or equity. Statutory auditor Akbhargav & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report.
Mixed picture for shareholders — sharp quarterly profit rebound is encouraging but driven partly by volatile share-dealing gains, while the core infrastructure trading business is shrinking and nine-month profits are down over a quarter. Investors should view results cautiously given heavy customer concentration (top customers make up over half of revenue) and segment-level dependence on market-linked gains.
