GM Breweries 43rd AGM Minutes: Dividend and Director Appointments Approved

43rd AGM held May 28, 2026 via video conferencing with 80 members present. All resolutions passed with requisite majority. Final dividend at 90% on 2,28,46,923 equity shares of Rs 10 each declared for FY26 (Rs 9 per share). Chairman noted strong performance despite high raw and packing material costs. No audit qualifications. Mrs. Jyoti Almeida Kashyap and Mr. Kiran Parashare re-appointed as directors by rotation. Mr. Parashare also appointed Whole Time Director for 5 years from April 1, 2026 with salary scale of Rs 3-5 lakh per month.
