Independent Director Suhas Rane resigns from G M Polyplast

Mr. Suhas Maruti Rane, Independent Director of G M Polyplast, has resigned citing pre-occupation with other professional commitments. The resignation takes effect from the conclusion of the upcoming AGM for FY ending March 31, 2026 or August 31, 2026, whichever is earlier. He was a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and CSR Committee, and chaired the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. No adverse reasons were disclosed.
