GS Auto International's board approved audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025, with a clean (unmodified) audit opinion from statutory auditor Sukhminder Singh & Co. Full-year revenue from operations dipped modestly to Rs. 14,516.07 lakhs from Rs. 15,070.32 lakhs, but net profit more than doubled to Rs. 141.75 lakhs from Rs. 69.08 lakhs, lifting EPS to Rs. 0.98 from Rs. 0.48. Profit before tax jumped to Rs. 239.26 lakhs from Rs. 100.66 lakhs on lower raw material and finance costs. Operating cash flow strengthened to Rs. 1,134.89 lakhs (vs Rs. 890.95 lakhs), and total borrowings fell as long-term debt declined from Rs. 1,260.22 lakhs to Rs. 926.99 lakhs. The board also re-appointed M/s Pawan & Associates as cost auditor for FY26 and proposed re-appointment of Mr. Mohit Bansal as independent director.
Profitability has improved sharply despite a slight revenue dip, driven by better cost control and lower interest expense — a positive signal for shareholders even though top-line growth remains soft. Reduced debt and stronger cash generation strengthen the balance sheet, though Q4 net profit fell sequentially, which may temper near-term sentiment.
