Gagan Gases Ltd has filed its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, as published in the newspaper in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. For Q3 FY26, total income from operations stood at Rs. 170.95 lakh, up from Rs. 164.76 lakh in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26) but down from Rs. 186.27 lakh in Q3 FY25. The company swung back to a net profit of Rs. 8.07 lakh in Q3 FY26, compared to a loss of Rs. 0.60 lakh in the preceding quarter. For the nine-month period of FY26, total income fell to Rs. 421.60 lakh from Rs. 463.49 lakh in the same period last year, and net profit collapsed to just Rs. 0.62 lakh versus Rs. 15.44 lakh a year ago. Basic and diluted EPS for Q3 FY26 was Rs. 0.18, while nine-month EPS was a marginal Rs. 0.01. The results were approved on 28 January 2026 and signed by Managing Director Gagan Maheshwary.
The numbers indicate continued weakness — nine-month profits have shrunk by about 96% year-on-year and revenue is down roughly 9%, which is a negative signal for shareholders. However, the return to a small profit in Q3 after a loss in Q2 offers a mildly positive quarter-on-quarter signal; the overall scale of earnings remains very thin and may not support a meaningful re-rating of the stock.
