GAIL submitted its FY2024-25 Investor & Analysts' Presentation ahead of a scheduled web conference with investors and analysts. The company reported its highest-ever standalone EBITDA of ₹19,168 crore, PBT of ₹14,825 crore, and PAT of ₹11,312 crore, with revenue of ₹1,36,960 crore. It also achieved its highest-ever annual gas transmission volume of ~127 MMSCMD and LPG transmission of 4.478 MMTPA. A new long-term LNG agreement with Qatar for ~0.75 MMTPA began supply in April 2025, and an exceptional arbitration income of $285 million (~₹2,440 crore) was received from SMTS. Total dividend for FY25 stands at 75% (₹4,932 crore), and FY26 capex is guided at ~₹10,700 crore, with key pipeline and petrochemical projects (including 500 KTA PDH-PP at Usar) slated for completion in 2025-26.
Record financial performance, a new long-term LNG deal, and healthy dividend payout signal strong operational momentum and are likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The forward capex guidance and project pipeline support visibility on future growth, though margin trajectory will depend on global gas prices and execution of major projects.
