GAIL (India) Ltd has submitted its annual disclosure for non-convertible debentures (NCDs) under SEBI regulations. The company listed Rs. 1,575 crore worth of NCDs (15,750 debentures of Rs. 10 lakh each) on NSE and BSE in December 2022.
