The board of Gajanan Securities Services Ltd met on August 14, 2025 and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26). The standalone results show a sharp turnaround — the company swung from a loss per share of ₹1.68 in Q1 FY25 to a profit per share of ₹0.76 in Q1 FY26. On a consolidated basis, profit also rose materially from a near-flat ₹0.03 EPS in Q1 FY25 to ₹0.79 in Q1 FY26, aided by seven subsidiaries. The statutory auditor (P Khetan & Co) issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report on both sets of results with no qualifications. The board also appointed M/s. Jain Khemka & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 and Mr. Riteek Baheti as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 (subject to shareholder approval).
The clean auditor review and clear swing from loss to profit on a standalone basis are positive signals for shareholders. The 5-year secretarial auditor appointment adds stability to governance. No negative signals were flagged by the auditor, though the small absolute size of the company and its micro-cap status mean trading volumes may remain thin.
