Gala Precision Engineering released its Q4 and full year FY26 earnings presentation. For FY26, operational revenue grew 32.2% YoY to INR 3,143 Mn, EBITDA increased 27.2% to INR 519 Mn, and PAT rose 32.5% to INR 355 Mn. However, EBITDA margin contracted 65 basis points to 16.51% (vs 17.16% in FY25), indicating margin pressure despite strong topline growth. The company highlighted that SFS (Special Fastening Solutions) revenue crossed the INR 1,000 Mn milestone, growing 64% YoY, and it successfully entered the offshore wind turbine segment. The company is investing in capacity expansion (Chennai Plant Phase 2 commenced), digitalization (SAP S/4HANA implementation), and sustainability (1.8 MW solar power plant order). IPO proceeds are largely deployed: INR 841.2 Mn of INR 1,212.4 Mn utilized, with INR 85.8 Mn balance for Chennai CAPEX and INR 268.1 Mn for general corporate purposes.
Strong revenue and profit growth, but the EBITDA margin contraction over two consecutive years (from 19.16% in FY24 to 16.51% in FY26) signals cost or pricing pressure, which could weigh on investor sentiment near-term despite the company's expanding market reach.
