This window is meant for investors whose transfer deeds were executed before 1 April 2019, including fresh lodgement cases and transfer requests that were earlier rejected, returned, or left unaddressed due to documentation issues. Eligible investors can submit their requests to the company's Registrar, Alankit Assignments Limited, along with the required documents. Any shares transferred under this window will be credited only in demat form and will be subject to a one-year lock-in period. The company has also asked all shareholders to update their email IDs with the company, the RTA, or their depository participants.
