Galaxy Bearings Limited's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on December 8, 2025, approved the change of the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The existing RTA, MUFG Intime Private Limited (formerly Linkintime India Private Limited), will complete its contract on December 31, 2025.
