Gallantt Ispat reported FY26 revenue of ₹4,419 Cr (up 2.9%) with EBITDA of ₹776 Cr (up 9.3%) and PAT of ₹484 Cr (up 20.8%). The company achieved 17.6% EBITDA margin with 102 bps improvement, driven by cost efficiencies and backward integration. Q4 FY26 showed revenue of ₹1,204 Cr (up 12.4% YoY) and PAT of ₹123 Cr. Gallantt is India's largest rebar producer in Uttar Pradesh with 25% market share. The company secured iron ore mines in Rajasthan (~85 MT) and UP (~51 MT) and plans ₹3,000 Cr capex over 2-3 years focused on backward integration and capacity expansion to 12.3 lakh MT. Management highlighted structural margin improvement not dependent on steel price cycles, with EBITDA per tonne improvement of ₹2,000 targeted from raw material self-reliance.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion and debt-free growth strategy positions Gallantt well for sustained profitability. The ₹3,000 Cr capex program for mines and capacity expansion, funded through internal accruals, could drive further volume and EBITDA growth over the next 2-3 years.
