On 30 December 2025, promoter-group entities carried out an inter-se transfer of shares within the Agrawal family. Santosh Kumar Agrawal HUF sold its entire holding of 56,50,943 shares (2.342%) to Mr. Santosh Kumar Agrawal (individual), and Priyanka Gupta sold 46,85,000 shares (1.942%) to Madhu Agrawal. As a result, Mr. Santosh Kumar Agrawal's individual stake rose from 4.663% to 7.005%, and Madhu Agrawal's stake rose from 6.503% to 8.444%. The HUF and Priyanka Gupta saw corresponding reductions in their holdings. The total promoter and promoter-group holding remains unchanged at 69.833% of the company's equity share capital.
