Outcome of Board meeting held on Today i.e May 13, 2026, in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Gallops Enterprise Limited's Board met on May 13, 2026 and approved two key appointments.
