Gandhar Oil Refinery reported strong FY2026 results with standalone net profit nearly doubling to ₹138.39 crore from ₹75.30 crore, on revenue of ₹3,422.56 crore. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹4,241.18 crore with net profit of ₹137.25 crore. The board re-appointed Joint Managing Directors Samir Parekh and Aslesh Parekh for 5 years each. Two new directors were appointed: Mr. Santokhsingh Karamsingh Sandhu (Additional Non-Executive Independent) and Mr. Jatin Dhamani (Additional Whole Time Director). Mrs. Deena Mehta resigned, leading to reconstitution of Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. The company also approved incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in South Africa and purchase of ~21,551 sq. mtrs. land in Raigad district.
Strong financial performance with near-doubling of profits is positive. New director appointments and committee reconstitution following a resignation should be monitored for governance implications.
