Gandhar Oil Refinery published its audited financial results for Q4 FY26 and the full year ended March 31, 2026. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations grew 14% YoY to Rs. 1,093.37 crore in Q4 and 8.8% YoY to Rs. 4,241.18 crore for the full year. Net profit after tax surged 201% YoY to Rs. 37.05 crore in Q4 and 64% YoY to Rs. 137.25 crore for FY26. EPS improved from Rs. 1.19 to Rs. 4.16 for Q4 and from Rs. 8.18 to Rs. 13.83 for the full year. Net profit margin expanded by 211 basis points YoY, indicating strong operational efficiency. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on May 26, 2026.
Strong earnings growth with net profit more than doubling YoY is a positive signal for shareholders. The 201% jump in Q4 net profit and 64% full-year growth demonstrate improving profitability and operational performance, which could support an upward re-rating of the stock.
