Gandhar Oil Refinery reported strong FY26 results with standalone net profit nearly doubling to Rs 138.39 crore from Rs 75.30 crore in FY25. Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 137.25 crore. Revenue from operations grew 8.3% to Rs 3,422.56 crore standalone. The board re-appointed both Joint Managing Directors Samir Parekh and Aslesh Parekh for another 5 years each. Two new directors were appointed - Santokhsingh Karamsingh Sandhu as Non-Executive Independent Director and Jatin Dhamani as Whole Time Director. Mrs. Deena Mehta resigned leading to reconstitution of Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. The company also approved setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary in South Africa and purchasing ~21,551 sq.mtrs land at Raigad for expansion.
