Gandhar Oil Refinery published its audited Q4 and full-year FY26 results in newspapers on May 27, 2026, as required under SEBI Regulation 47. Consolidated FY26 revenue stood at Rs 4,241 crore, up ~9% from Rs 3,897 crore in FY25. Consolidated net profit after tax grew sharply to Rs 137.25 crore from Rs 83.52 crore in FY25, a ~64% increase. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs 929 crore and standalone net profit after tax was Rs 44.13 crore. The company highlighted Q4 consolidated revenue growth of 14% YoY, EBITDA growth of 88% YoY, and net profit growth of 201% YoY. Net profit margin expanded by 211 basis points year-over-year. EPS for consolidated FY26 was Rs 13.83 versus Rs 8.18 in the prior year. The Board approved the results at its meeting on May 26, 2026.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profitability for FY26, with particularly sharp net profit expansion in Q4 — positive signal for shareholders. The 201% YoY net profit growth in Q4 and improving margins indicate operational strength, likely supportive of the stock price.
