Shares of inactive shareholders to move to IEPF by October 2026

Ganesh Housing has published newspaper ads in Financial Express (English and Gujarati) informing shareholders that equity shares with unclaimed dividends for seven or more consecutive years will be transferred to the IEPF Account on October 13, 2026. The original dividend was declared on September 14, 2019. Shareholders holding such shares are urged to act before the deadline to avoid automatic transfer. Shares can still be reclaimed from IEPF later by following the prescribed process.
