GRSE has appointed Capt. Sunilkumar Panangadan (Retd.) as Director (Corporate Planning and Personnel) on its Board for a period of five years, effective 14 July 2025. The appointment was made by the President of India through the Ministry of Defence. Capt. Sunilkumar is an internal promotion, having joined GRSE in 2016 after 22 years in the Indian Navy, and most recently served as Chief General Manager.
