GRSE's Board of Directors has approved the promotion of 7 officers to senior management grades, all effective from 01 January 2026. Shri M Venkatesh Murthy (currently CGM - Commercial Shipbuilding) and Cmde Rajat Manchanda (currently CGM - Planning) have been promoted to the rank of Executive Director. Cdr Manoj Kumar Gupta has been elevated to Chief General Manager. Four other officers — Lt Col Sanjay Anand, Cdr Harish Kumar, Mr. Manas Kumar Pandey, and Mr. Dilip Kumar Jagattar Singh — have been promoted to General Manager in their respective functional areas including Security, Regional Office Delhi, Main Works Unit, and DEP Ranchi Unit.
