GRSE reported its highest-ever annual turnover of ₹6,400 crore (provisional and unaudited) for FY 2025-26, up about 26% from ₹5,076 crore in FY 2024-25. The board declared an interim dividend of 129% of paid-up share capital, sharply higher than 89.5% paid in the previous year. During the year, the shipyard delivered eight vessels to the Indian Navy, including two Project 17A frigates, two Survey Vessels (Large) and four Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Crafts, and achieved a record simultaneous delivery of three warships in a single day. It is also in advanced stages of a contract for five Next Generation Corvettes and is progressing on 12 export vessels for a German client and a dredger for a foreign nation. The company also launched India's first indigenous Modular Foot Suspension Bridge, delivered seven 30mm Naval Surface Guns, and won 26 awards including the Defence Minister's Award for Excellence in Financial Performance.
Strong revenue growth and a significantly higher interim dividend signal robust financial performance and shareholder reward, which should be viewed positively by retail investors. The expanding order book, export orders and upcoming corvette contract point to continued earnings momentum, though dividend amount per share is subject to the face value of shares.
