Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd reported strong Q3 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations at Rs 2,739.22 lakhs, up about 86% from Rs 1,476.54 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Standalone net profit for the quarter rose to Rs 76.54 lakhs from Rs 18.16 lakhs a year ago. For the nine months ended December 2025, standalone revenue grew to Rs 8,203.94 lakhs (vs Rs 6,413.58 lakhs), while net profit jumped to Rs 482.08 lakhs from Rs 95.72 lakhs, aided by a Rs 195.11 lakh exceptional item. On a consolidated basis, nine-month revenue more than doubled to Rs 20,108.92 lakhs with net profit of Rs 939.18 lakhs versus Rs 156.55 lakhs last year. The auditor issued an unmodified limited review report.
Sharp top-line and bottom-line growth on both standalone and consolidated basis signals strong business momentum, though the diluted share count from the rights issue during the year has expanded the equity base, which partly tempers EPS growth.
