Garware Hi-Tech Films has submitted to the exchange the newspaper clippings (Economic Times, Maharashtra Times, Sanjay Warta) publishing its Q1 FY26 unaudited results, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations 30 and 47. On a standalone basis, total income from operations came in at ₹466.74 crores, down from ₹477.20 crores in Q1 FY25, while net profit after tax fell sharply to ₹74.59 crores from ₹104.03 crores, with EPS at ₹32.11 versus ₹44.78. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹508.37 crores from ₹485.80 crores YoY, but net profit slipped to ₹83.02 crores from ₹88.35 crores, with EPS at ₹35.73 versus ₹38.03. The company continues to operate in a single segment — polyester films (sun-control, paint protection, architectural and shrink films). For full-year FY25, consolidated revenue was ₹2,163.76 crores with PAT of ₹331.22 crores.
Mixed bag for shareholders: consolidated revenue growth is a positive, but a sharp standalone PAT decline of roughly 28% YoY signals margin or cost pressure that may dampen near-term sentiment on the stock.
