She holds an MBA from Lubin Business School, Pace University (New York) and oversees day-to-day business operations, with experience in manufacturing, accounts, finance, and strategy. She is the daughter of promoter Dr. S.B. Garware and sister of directors Sarita Garware Ramsay and Sonia Garware. She is not debarred from holding office by any SEBI or other authority order.
