Garware Hi-Tech Films reported its highest-ever consolidated performance for FY25, with annual revenue crossing the ₹2,000 crore milestone at ₹2,109.4 crores, up 25.8% year-on-year. Profit after tax (PAT) hit a record ₹331.2 crores, up 62.9% YoY, while EBITDA grew 54.3% to ₹495.5 crores and EBITDA margin expanded to 23.5% from 19.1%. Q4 FY25 was also strong, with revenue up 22.7% to ₹547.9 crores and PAT up 34.6% to ₹77.8 crores, driven by growth in Sun Control Films, Paint Protection Films and Industrial Products segments. The company is net debt-free with ₹650 crore in cash and is investing in a new TPU extrusion line (~₹118 crore) and an additional PPF line to support future growth. EPS for FY25 stood at ₹142.6 versus ₹87.5 in FY24.
These are clearly positive results with record profits, improving margins, and a debt-free balance sheet with strong cash reserves. The capacity expansion plans in PPF and TPU lines indicate continued growth momentum, which should be supportive of shareholder value.
