Garware Hi-Tech Films has announced a change in its Joint Statutory Auditors. The current Joint Statutory Auditors, M/s Kirtane & Pandit LLP, are retiring at the end of their term upon completion of the 68th Annual General Meeting. In their place, the Board has appointed M/s J.H.
