Garware Synthetics' board, at a meeting on 23rd August 2025, accepted the immediate resignation of Independent Director Mrs. Shilpa Parab, who cited personal preoccupation and inability to dedicate adequate time. She also stepped down from the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. To fill the vacancy, the board appointed Mrs. Shital Dhammdeep Kamble as an Additional Independent Director for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
