Garware Technical Fibres Limited has filed the notice for its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, 2nd September 2025 at 10:30 a.m. via Video Conferencing / OAVM. Shareholders will consider and adopt the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2024-25, and a dividend of Rs. 1.5 per share (15%) has been recommended on 9,92,65,845 equity shares of Rs. 10 face value. Other items on the agenda include the re-appointment of Mr. V. R. Garware (who retires by rotation), ratification of Cost Auditors' remuneration of Rs. 6 lakhs for M/s.
