GB Global board appoints new independent director, accepts another's resignation

GB Global's board met on 17 July 2026 and approved two key changes. Mr Tushar Momaiyah (DIN 08742170) was appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective closing hours of 17 July. He holds B.Com and LLB degrees with experience in corporate laws and governance. Mr Paresh Jain resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director for personal reasons, also effective closing hours of 17 July. Other operational items were noted.
