GB Logistics Commerce's board approved unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). Standalone profit after tax grew about 55% year-on-year to ₹265.38 lakhs (H1 FY25: ₹171.44 lakhs), with revenue from operations at ₹2,865.35 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, profit after tax jumped roughly 181% to ₹710.39 lakhs on revenue of ₹6,811.86 lakhs. The board also accepted the resignations of two Independent Directors — Mr. Dinesh Chander Notiyal and Ms. Avani Savjibhai Godhaniya — effective the same day, and appointed Mr. Mohit Joshi and Mr. Dheeraj Sharma as Independent Additional Directors, subject to shareholder approval.
Strong profit growth, especially on a consolidated basis, is a positive signal for shareholders. However, the simultaneous exit of two Independent Directors on the same day, while replacements were appointed immediately, may raise brief governance questions for retail investors to monitor.
