GeeCee Ventures has fixed Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. (IST) as the date and time for its 41st Annual General Meeting, to be held via video conferencing. The Record Date for determining shareholder entitlement to the Final Dividend for FY 2024-25 is Wednesday, September 3, 2025, and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 4, 2025 to September 11, 2025 (both days inclusive). Once approved at the AGM, the Final Dividend will be paid electronically on or after September 19, 2025 and before October 17, 2025. Remote e-voting through NSDL will be open from 9:00 a.m. on September 15, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on September 17, 2025, with a cut-off date of September 11, 2025. The Annual Report will be sent electronically to shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the company, RTA, or depository participants.
Shareholders who buy shares on or after the ex-date (post Record Date of September 3, 2025) will not be entitled to the Final Dividend; existing shareholders as of the Record Date will receive the dividend after AGM approval. The book closure window restricts share transfers, which can temporarily affect trading liquidity.
