CRISIL Ratings Limited, the monitoring agency, has issued its final report for Gem Aromatics' IPO proceeds utilization for Q4 FY2026. The company raised Rs 1,750 million (Rs 175 crore) through its IPO in August 2025. All IPO proceeds have been fully deployed as of March 31, 2026, with no unutilized funds remaining. The proceeds were used as follows: Rs 1,400 million for prepayment/repayment of borrowings, Rs 233.21 million for general corporate purposes, and Rs 116.79 million for issue expenses. Issue expenses came in Rs 4.58 million lower than estimated, which was reallocated to general corporate purposes. No deviations from the disclosed objects of the issue were observed.
