Genesys International Corporation reported its Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025) with standalone revenue from operations of ₹6,742.46 lakhs, up about 22% from ₹5,525.85 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Standalone net profit rose to ₹1,333.58 lakhs (EPS ₹3.28) versus ₹1,159.84 lakhs (EPS ₹2.93) a year earlier. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew around 27% to ₹7,086.76 lakhs and net profit jumped about 32% to ₹697.60 lakhs. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sajid Malik as Chairman & Managing Director for 3 years from September 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company proposed an alteration to the main object clause of its MOA to add aerial survey, aerial photography, and aircraft-related operations under a Non-Scheduled Operator's Permit. The statutory auditors (MSKA & Associates) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong double-digit revenue and profit growth on a consolidated basis reflects healthy business momentum, while the MOA amendment signals a strategic push into aerial survey and drone-based mapping services. Re-appointment of the founder-promoter MD provides leadership continuity, which is generally viewed positively by shareholders.
