Genesys International Corporation Limited has submitted to BSE and NSE a copy of the newspaper publication of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). The results were published in The Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) on August 15, 2025, and were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board on August 14, 2025. Key standalone numbers: Total income from operations rose to about Rs. 6,878.26 lakhs from Rs. 5,666.67 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (around 21% YoY growth). Profit after tax stood at Rs. 1,333.58 lakhs versus Rs. 1,159.84 lakhs in the year-ago quarter (~15% YoY growth). Standalone EPS was Rs. 3.28 vs Rs. 2.93. On a consolidated basis, total income climbed to Rs. 7,214.15 lakhs from Rs. 5,716.54 lakhs (~26% YoY), while profit after tax grew to Rs. 697.60 lakhs from Rs. 529.70 lakhs (~32% YoY). Consolidated EPS improved to Rs. 1.75 from Rs. 1.34.
The results signal healthy YoY growth in both top line and bottom line for Genesys International in Q1 FY26, which is a positive signal for shareholders. Stronger growth on the consolidated side suggests improving performance across subsidiaries. The stock may get a positive short-term reaction, though the figures are still unaudited and subject to limited review.
