In view of an on-going leadership development process and business requirements andbased on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. VineetChopra, Vice President Legal and Company Secretary is elevated as Senior Vice President Legal. He will relinquish his position as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from end of business hours of May 31, 2025 and in his place Mr. Kushal Jain having ICSI membership no: A44118 is appointed as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from June 01, 2025. Accordingly, Mr. Vineet Chopra shall cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel.

Genesys International has carried out an internal management restructuring effective June 1, 2025. Mr. Vineet Chopra, currently Vice President – Legal and Company Secretary, has been elevated to Senior Vice President – Legal and will step down as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at the close of business on May 31, 2025. In his place, Mr. Kushal Jain (ICSI membership no. A44118) has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel. As a result, Mr. Vineet Chopra will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel of the company. The changes were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as part of an ongoing leadership development process.
