Genesys International Corporation Ltd reported audited financial results for FY2026 ending March 31, 2026. Standalone revenue declined to ₹27,230 lakhs from ₹28,443 lakhs in FY2025. Consolidated revenue grew to ₹32,781 lakhs from ₹31,103 lakhs, driven by subsidiary contributions. However, profitability saw significant decline - standalone PAT dropped to ₹2,653 lakhs from ₹6,303 lakhs, and consolidated PAT fell to ₹2,657 lakhs from ₹5,610 lakhs. An exceptional item of ₹509.62 lakhs was recognized due to new labour codes (gratuity ₹356.35 lakhs + leave encashment ₹153.26 lakhs). The company completed a QIP in May 2025 raising ₹11,000 lakhs. Auditors MSKA & Associates LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials.
The stock may face pressure due to significant PAT decline (~58% standalone) despite revenue growth on consolidated basis. The exceptional charge related to labour code changes impacted profitability, but core operations remain healthy with positive cash flows.
