Gennex Laboratories' board approved its Q3 and 9-month FY26 results (ended Dec 31, 2025). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose to Rs. 4,036.64 lakhs in Q3 (vs Rs. 3,770.70 lakhs a year ago) and Rs. 11,178.59 lakhs for 9M FY26 (vs Rs. 9,757.77 lakhs, ~14.6% growth). Consolidated net profit grew to Rs. 599.22 lakhs in Q3 (~18% YoY) and Rs. 1,652.02 lakhs for 9M FY26 (~9.4% YoY). Standalone numbers showed revenue of Rs. 2,817.63 lakhs in Q3 and Rs. 8,314.26 lakhs for 9M FY26, with standalone PAT at Rs. 445.10 lakhs and Rs. 1,313.37 lakhs respectively. Q3 includes an exceptional item charge of Rs. 30 lakhs. The company also appointed Ms. Khushbu Kachhawa as Independent Woman Director in place of the outgoing Ms. Shilpa Bung and reconstituted its Audit, Stakeholders Relationship, and Nomination & Remuneration committees. Statutory auditor R Pugalia & Co. issued an unmodified review report.
Steady mid-teens revenue growth and modest profit growth keep the operating story intact; however, standalone EPS dipped slightly from Rs. 0.550 to Rs. 0.541 for 9M FY26 due to equity dilution (paid-up capital rose from Rs. 2,274.47 to Rs. 2,429.48 lakhs). The Rs. 30 lakh exceptional item is small but worth noting. Overall, the results are neutral-to-mildly positive for shareholders.
