Gennex Laboratories has submitted, under SEBI LODR Regulation 47, the newspaper publication of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The results were approved by the Board on February 14, 2026 and published in Business Standard (English) and Saksham (Telugu) on February 16, 2026. On a standalone basis, Q3 FY26 total income stood at Rs 1,067.84 lakhs, sharply lower than Rs 2,981.16 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Standalone net profit after tax for the quarter came in at Rs 33.32 lakhs versus Rs 109.98 lakhs YoY. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone net profit after tax was Rs 102.61 lakhs, with basic and diluted EPS of Rs 0.31 for the quarter. Equity share capital remains at Rs 1,140 lakhs and reserves at Rs 2,429.48 lakhs. The statutory auditor has carried out a limited review of the results.
