Genus Power Infrastructures has informed the exchange that its current Internal Auditor, Mr. Sunil Bhageria, will retire effective June 1, 2025. The Board, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Manoj Singhal as the new Internal Auditor, also effective June 1, 2025. Mr. Singhal is a chartered accountant with 19 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, and financial controls, having previously worked at Gravita India, Lodha & Co, Asahi India Glass, Aditya Birla Group, and BSES Rajdhani Power. The change is a planned, routine transition at the internal audit level and does not involve any board, CEO, or CFO-level changes.
