Genus Power Infrastructures promoter Ishwar Chand Agrawal filed a disclosure for inter-se share transfers within the promoter group. A total of 1,31,30,815 shares (4.32% of paid-up capital) were moved between December 11 and 12, 2025. Ishwar Chand Agrawal's personal holding dropped from 4.07% to 0.89%, with shares going mainly to Anju Agarwal (rising from 0.09% to 1.67%), Monisha Agarwal (0.82% to 1.56%), and Shanti Devi Agarwal (0.53% to 1.84%).
